We want to assure all our customers that City Plating and Metal Finishing remains fully operational. Our whole team remains focused on providing you with the important services that you need to operate. Without question our customers and employees are at the center of our decision making.

 

Because of the “made by hand” nature of our service, all our employees are critical to the final product and are not able to work remotely. Because of that, we have implemented the following workplace steps to preserve their health:

• CDC guidelines for personal hygiene been communicated and are currently in practice by all team members.

• Recommended cleaning protocols have been undertaken in all areas and with greater frequency.

• Social distancing is being practiced in our facility.

• Employees are encouraged to stay at home if they are feeling sick.

• Restriction of visitors and walk-in customers to the main office.

 

While our raw materials and supplies are specialized, inventories have been built to high levels. Our suppliers continue to operate during this period and shortages in the near term seem unlikely.However, this is an ever-changing situation. To stay ahead we’ve been working with local health authorities to ensure that we’re using all necessary preventive measures.

 

Further we are closely monitoring the latest reports and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control.We want to thank you for your support and understanding as we navigate the difficult waters of this health crisis. We believe that we all will persevere and come through this crisis event stronger than ever.
